The Makers is a new project by America House Odesa. It is a documentary screening series that brings together stories that have shaped the United States.
The first film tells the story of Thomas Edison — a figure who is often the first to come to mind when we hear the word “inventor.” Edison’s patents transformed the everyday lives of millions, and his entrepreneurial approach became a symbol of innovation and the American spirit of discovery.
The screening will be followed by a discussion, where you will have the opportunity to practice your English and share your thoughts on Edison’s legacy.
